Kimberly Atilee Carter, BSN, RN, CDP, is the founder and Administrator/CEO of Next Level Home Care LLC. With more than 25 years of nursing experience, Kimberly has dedicated her career to caring for others with compassion, dignity and respect.

When Care Became Personal

Kimberly’s commitment to home care became deeply personal during her own journey as a breast cancer survivor. After undergoing multiple surgeries, she experienced firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that can come with recovery. Kimberly was blessed to have a strong support system of family and loved ones who helped her with meals, personal care, mobility and everyday needs while she healed.

That experience also made her think about the many individuals who may not have a dependable support system during an illness, surgery or other major life transition. She understood how frightening and overwhelming it could be to recover alone while trying to remain safe and independent.

This realization inspired Kimberly to create Next Level Home Care LLC—a company committed to ensuring that individuals and families do not have to navigate recovery, aging or life’s health-related challenges alone. Her goal is to provide dependable, compassionate, non-medical care that helps clients feel safe, supported and respected in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Registered Nurse, Certified Dementia Practitioner, disabled veteran and breast cancer survivor, Kimberly brings professional knowledge, personal understanding and a genuine heart for service to every aspect of the company.
